Carpetright’s price promise is: if, within 28 days of purchasing your product from Carpetright, you find the same product on sale in perfect condition at another flooring retailer for a lower price, we will refund the difference.

We act as agents for independent floor coverings installers and we can arrange for one of them to deliver and/or fit your carpets, vinyls and laminate flooring. Some of our stores now have our own Carpetright in-house fitters. Ask at your store for details.

You can find your nearest store on our Storefinder by filling in your residence or postal code. This will give you their telephone number, address and opening hours.

Most items are available from stock, however if not, once your order has been placed it will usually be delivered into the store within 7-10 working days.

We guarantee all our floor coverings against wear from normal domestic use, for a minimum period of 5 years from the date of purchase providing it is fitted onto the appropriate new Carpetright underlay by a competent fitter in accordance with the requirements of NPR-CEN/TS 14472.

YES! Carpetright have several ranges in store. Please ask in store for advice.

It may be possible. You would need to speak to the store where you placed your order. It will depend on how long you require the store to keep your flooring and how much warehouse space they have.

Laminate is classed as floating flooring as it is not attached to anything. You need to leave a +/- 10mm gap as that the boards will expand after fitting due to changes in temperature or relative humidity. If there is no gap around the edges, the laminate will not be able to expand and will therefore bow.
